Iconic manufacturer Gennie Shifter appoints Johns as new sales manager
Granby, CO: Gennie Shifter is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Johns as its new national sales manager. Johns joins Gennie Shifter as the iconic company moves its headquarters from Denver to a larger facility in Granby, CO.
Johns’ experience has been primarily in bicycle manufacturing and sales, although the automotive aftermarket has always been a passion of his… especially 1967-1972 Chevrolet trucks, which he and his brother restored in Seattle, Wash.
“I am excited to bring my sales experience to re-establish and expand our dealer base, while cultivating new relationships with potential distributors,” Johns said. “Gennie Shifter is the only company in our niche sourcing raw materials in the USA and machining all of our parts in the USA. Gennie Shifter has separated itself from the competition with higher quality offerings with great pricing, and I am proud to join the team.”
He continued: “My goal is to set a new benchmark in dealer service to really make Gennie shifter stand out. It’s only been since March of 2016 and the new Gennie Shifter revolution has begun.”
“Tim is a great addition to the Gennie Shifter team,” Gennie Shifter owner Todd Gold said. “His love and knowledge of our entire Gennie Shifter product line is contagious and our current customers couldn’t be happier with his level of customer service.”
